Submission Guidelines


ELIGIBILITY

Students pursuing 5years or 3years LL.B course, Academicians, students pursuing LL.M.Scholars.


THEME

Any topic as may be prescribed.

WORD LIMIT

The TAL invitesoriginal,unpublishedcontentfrom allacademicians,authors,legal professionals and from students across the world under the following categories-
For all the below mentioned writing the abstract should not exceed 300-500 words.
➢ Short Articles: (1000-2000 words, including footnotes)
➢ Long Articles: (2000-4500 words, including footnotes)
➢ Book Reviews: (1500-3000 words, including footnotes)
➢ Case Comments: (1000-2500 words, including footnotes)
➢ Research Papers: (3000-6,000 words, including footnotes)
➢ Essays: (2500-3500 words,including footnotes)

FONT STYLE AND REQUIREMENTS


➢ The work shall be original work of author and not published any where else’s.
➢ The manuscript should be in MSWord format.
➢ A uniform style of the citation must be strictly adhered to while submitting the paper.
➢ The body of the paper shall be in
o Times New Roman,(fontsize 12),1.5 line spacing
o Foot notes should be inTimes New Roman,size 10 single line spacing.
➢ Co-authorship is permitted to a maximum of two authors.
➢ Full names of all the author(s)and details(college,e-mailandPh.No.)must be given.

SUBMISSION PROCEDURE


➢ All submissions must be emailed to submissions@theadvocatesleague.in with the subject as ‘Paper submission’ or the ‘Abstract Submission’ along with declaration to the effect that the Paper is an original and unpublished work of the author.

PLAGIARISM POLICY


➢ All the submission submitted for the publication to TAL must be plagiarism free.
TAL reserves the right to use any software to find out the plagiarism. But it is the duty of the authors to assure the originality before the submission. Further is directed that TAL shall not be liable for any plagiarism or copyright issue.

OTHER CONDITIONS


➢ Copyright over the published shall vest with TAL.
➢ Directorof Research and writing Department of TAL shall have the final authority to Accept or reject any article, paper etc. in order to keep and uphold the objective and spirit
Of the journal.
➢ The paper may be rejected if authors are not followed the formatting guidelines.
➢ The paper shall be rejected for publication,if the scan copies of the copyright agreement Form,not submitted within the stipulated time.
NOTE:The TAL reserves the absolute rights to cancel,amend or postpone the publication of Research papers.
