TAL thought of bringing an informative webinar on the recent unfortunate incident which occurred on March 7th this year in Vizag, Andhra Pradesh. The theme for the webinar is: “Vizag Gas Leak: Issues of Jurisdiction, Law & Liability."

About the speaker

The Chief-Guest & Speaker for the session will be M. C. Mehta 'Sir' (a renowned Environmentalist and Advocate, Supreme Court of India). His public interest environmental litigation cases have formed the foundation for the development of environmental jurisprudence in India, and indeed, South Asia today.
