The Advocates League [TAL] is an ISSN approved Journal and a legal research firm whose work is devoted in the field of legal research, publications, and organization of various events. We have a team which is dedicated towards bringing about reforms in the legal arena with invaluable contributions of research and team effort. Our team consists of students and alumni of various top colleges and universities of the country. Through this initiative we aim to provide legal aid to empower individual rights.

Vacancies

• Directors – 8 Positions
• Additional/Assistant Directors – 5 Positions

 

Qualifications

For the Post of Directors:

• Must be a 4th Year Law Student or pursuing an LLM.
• Should demonstrate exceptional expertise in the relevant subject.
• Must possess strong leadership abilities and a spirit of innovation.
• Proficient in research and drafting.

For the Post of Additional/Assistant Directors:

• Open to 2nd to 3rd Year Law Students.
• Should have sound knowledge of the relevant subject.
• Should exhibit strong research and drafting skills.

 

Honorarium

• Directors: Up to ₹10,000/- INR per month.
• Additional/Assistant Directors: Up to ₹5,000/- INR per month.

 

Recruitment Process

1. Shortlisting: Candidates will undergo a three-tier interview process.
2. First Tier: The initial interview will focus on the candidate’s background, work experience, and basic details.
3. Second Tier: The second interview will assess the candidate’s expertise in the chosen subject, research experience, and drafting skills, alongside a discussion on contemporary legal issues.
4. Final Tier: The final interview will evaluate leadership capabilities, work ethics, task management, project execution, and innovative thinking.

Engagement Duration
Appointments will be made for a period of one year, subject to extension based on the committee’s decision.

 

Selection Process

• Submit your resume via Google Form between  2nd September,2024 and 7th September 2024.
• Shortlisted candidates will be invited for online interviews.
• Interview dates will be communicated via email.
• Selection results will be announced by 10th September 2024.

 

Important Dates:

• Application Start Date: 2nd September, 2024 by 01:00PM
• Application Deadline: 7th September 2024 by 11:59PM
• Interview Dates: 8th & 9th September, 2024 (Time will be notified through Mail or WhatsApp)
• Result Announcement: 10th September, 2024
