TAL: Call For Papers Volume I, Issue II
Eligibility
i. The participant(s) could currently be pursuing their Bachelor`s Degree in law, being either in 3 year LL.B course or 5 year integrated LL.B course from any recognized university; or,
ii. The participant(s) could either be Advocates, Research Associates, LL.M or Ph.D. scholars
iii. For one Research Article, Co-Authorship up to one candidate is allowed.
Theme
Submissions are invited on the issues related to either Constitutional or Criminal Law.
